Mr. Ankit, a graduate in International Business from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, serves as the Director at Miraishield. With a strong focus on strategic sales growth, he leads international market expansion, oversees product innovation, and drives the company’s vision to strengthen its position in the global market. Mr. Ankit is passionate about fostering business development and creating impactful solutions for customers across industries. 

Mr. Vikas Rastogi is a seasoned civil engineer with over 2 decades of expertise in waterproofing and structural rehabilitation. His career spans leadership roles at globally renowned organizations, where he has successfully executed projects across industrial, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and aviation sectors.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Marvel Vinyls Limited, one of India's premier waterproofing companies, Mr. Vikas has been instrumental in bringing advanced waterproofing technologies to the Indian market. Notably, during his tenure as National Head of WR Grace/GCP Applied Technologies (2009-2016), he introduced fully bonded HDPE and SBS membranes, now the gold standard for critical basement waterproofing.

A thought leader in his field, Mr. Vikas played a pivotal role in aligning India’s waterproofing standards with international benchmarks. His contributions to the development of BIS 16471:2017, modeled after BS 8102:2009, were officially recognized by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). He has been invited to deliver keynote lectures at esteemed institutions such as IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, CPWD, PWD, ARUP, Buro Happold, Thornton, and RAMBOLL.

Mr. Vikas has also been at the forefront of injection resin technology for leak sealing and structural rehabilitation, notably supporting Ranjit Sagar Dam’s first underwater injection in 2001—a feat that earned him recognition from the Punjab Government.

With a passion for innovation and knowledge-sharing, he continues to train engineers and drive advancements in waterproofing, ensuring compliance with BS, BIS, and EU codes while optimizing cost and time efficiency in complex infrastructure projects.
