Capital Heights encountered considerable difficulties in finding a waterproofing solution that not only provided durability but also met the aesthetic requirements for the podiums and raft of their SAS Software Project. They recognized our expertise in delivering a solution that addressed both functional and visual needs effectively.
We recommend a cutting-edge dual-layer system, featuring MIRAI SEAL, a high-performance polyurethane coating as the initial layer, provides exceptional flexibility, superior adhesion, and outstanding impact resistance, applied at a precise 1.8 to 2.0mm thickness. This is complemented by a robust 1.2mm thick MIRA WPM (PVC membrane) as the second layer, delivering unparalleled waterproofing capabilities. Together, these layers ensure superior durability and long-lasting protection, offering an advanced solution for demanding environments.
- Mirai Seal: The procedure for applying Mirai Seal with Mirai WBE Primer involves cleaning and preparing the surface, applying the Mirai WBE Primer for adhesion, followed by two coats of Mirai Seal (allowing proper curing between each coat), ensuring full coverage and a seamless waterproofing barrier.
- Mirai WPM: After applying Mirai Seal, the Mirai WPM PVC membrane is laid over the cured surface by aligning and adhering it seamlessly, ensuring proper bonding and overlap at joints, followed by adhesive application to secure the membrane for optimal waterproofing performance.
